This senior-level roundtable will bring together youth councils, future professionals, HR executives, academia, and industry leaders to participate in an interactive and solutions-focused discussion on promoting the industry and it’s opportunities to the future workforce of the aviation and tourism sectors.
Created to close the gap between today's leaders and tomorrow's industry decision-makers, this session will highlight the role of youth involvement, digital adaptation, and cultural fluency in creating resilient, forward-looking industries.
